Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 124 and 125 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 (IEPF Rules), dividend which remains unpaid or unclaimed for a period of seven years from the date of transfer to Unpaid Dividend Account, shall be transferred by the company to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) established by Central Government. Further all shares in respect of which dividend has not been paid or claimed for seven consecutive years shall also be transferred by the Company to IEPF.

The Members, whose shares / dividend are transferred to IEPF, may claim their share(s) and / or seek refund of their dividend(s) from the IEPF Authority as per the procedure prescribed under the IEPF Rules by submitting an online application in Form IEPF-5.
