- Axis Bank customers eligible for EDGE Loyalty Rewards can convert their Axis EDGE Rewards Points to Green Points

- Customers EDGE Loyalty Rewards account and Club ITC account should be in active status and should hold sufficient point balance for conversion.
- A conversion request once placed cannot be cancelled or stopped.
- The Club ITC membership account will be credited within 7 working days of the conversion request. In case the request is rejected, customers will be intimated by the bank within 15 days of the date of placement of the request.
- In order to ensure timely processing of the conversion request, customers will need to ensure that the Club ITC Membership number and Member Name provided is correct.
- Green Points converted will be governed by Club ITC terms and conditions.
- Axis Bank and Club ITC terms and conditions apply.
- ITC Hotels Limited and Axis Bank, reserve the right to modify, discontinue or terminate this arrangement, at any point without prior notice.
