Transfer Process

To transfer your HDFC Bank Reward Points to Club ITC Green Points, cardholders must be a Club ITC member.

Please follow the below steps to transfer:

  • All HDFC Bank credit card owners holding the eligible credit cards are eligible to transfer HDFC Bank Reward Points to Club ITC Green Points.
  • A credit card member can redeem minimum of 100 Club ITC Green Points via transfer of HDFC Bank Reward Points. The points initiated for transfer should be in multiples of 100.
  • A card member cannot transfer any points to another member or another credit card account.
  • HDFC Bank Reward points once transferred to Club ITC Green Points cannot be reversed/cancelled.
  • The Club ITC membership account will be credited within 2-4 working days of the transfer request. In case the request is rejected, customers will be intimated by the bank.
  • Points will be credited in the Club ITC membership account as shared while initiating the transfer request. Once credited, shall not be reversed.
  • ITC Hotels Limited and HDFC Bank reserve the right to change or amend this program without prior notice.
  • This offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi. By availing this offer, the customers shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforesaid terms and conditions.
