- IndusInd Bank Credit Card account and Club ITC account should be in active status and should have sufficient IndusInd Bank Reward Points balance for conversion.
- There should be a minimum balance of 500 IndusInd Bank Reward Points for redemption against Club ITC Green Points.
- A conversion request once placed cannot be cancelled.
- The Club ITC membership account will be credited within 10-12 working days of the conversion request. In case the request is rejected, IndusInd Bank reward points automatically will be credited back in credit card statement.
- In order to ensure timely processing of the conversion request, customers will need to ensure that the Club ITC membership ID provided is correct.
- Green Points converted will be governed by Club ITC terms and conditions.
- IndusInd Bank and Club ITC terms and conditions apply.
- ITC Hotels Limited and IndusInd Bank, reserve the right to modify, discontinue or terminate this arrangement, at any point without prior notice.
