Transfer Process
- SBI customers can convert their Travel credits to Club ITC Green Points
- Customers should have an active account on SBI and should hold sufficient Travel Credits balance for conversion.
- A conversion request once placed cannot be cancelled or stopped.
- The Club ITC membership account will be credited within 3-5 working days of the conversion request.
- In order to ensure timely processing of the conversion request, customers will need to ensure that the Club ITC Membership number and Member Name provided is correct.
- Green Points converted will be governed by Club ITC terms and conditions.
- SBI and Club ITC terms and conditions apply.
- ITC Hotels Limited and SBI, reserve the right to modify, discontinue or terminate this arrangement, at any point without prior notice.
